What is fitness?

INTRODUCTION- Fitness is the new trend in today’s life but it’s not that much easy to achieve and maintain that goal because of our’s busy and sedentary lifestyle. So what is fitness or what is the correct definition of fitness? 🤔This is the most common question comes in our mind whenever we hear those words. Here in this blog I will mention all those aspects related to the topic in very brief. According to me “Fitness”is all about being healthy without having any kind of physical and mental discomfort. It is definitely doesn’t relate to someone’s body shape and size or the numbers on the weighing scale.


FITNESS GUIDELINES-There is not a certain guidelines for any fitness goal . Infact it may vary from person to person. It doesn’t include the excercises only but also your daily routine,diet,life style and the current health conditions. Every person is having different stamina,so their’s fitness regime also will be different. It depends upon someone’s age, weight, height, current situation, metabolic rate etc. So we can’t say that the definition of fitness for all are the same. So follow your own fitness regime accordingly. Overall the main purpose of fitness is for all is the same”being healthy”.


DON’T BE A CALORIE COUNTER-Before starting this topic I want to ask one question,”can you be on veggie soup for the whole life in the replacement of meals” “Can you eat salad for you lunch and dinner for the whole life”?,definitely the answer is a big NO. And moreover whatever you will loose by following these particular diets,can immediately reverse back even within a month. As I am not a strict diet follower,I would suggest to eat everything whatever you like but in very well balanced and limited way. This will help you in two ways,1.It will prevent you from unnecessary cravings followed by uncontrolled binges. 2 .It will make you feel happy,full and satisfied. Remember starved body and mind can’t be happy and can’t work.


SUPPLEMENT INTAKE-Its just a supporting system to your diet. Peoples take suppliment to make sure to get enough essential nutrients which they are missing in their diet. But not everyone needs that. If you are already taking a well balanced diet,then there is no need of taking suppliment separately. Remember, there’s no substitute for a healthy diet.


HEALTHY LIFESTYLE-This is very essential for being fit and healthy.This topic is vast actually.In short we can say,it includes all your daily routine and habits.

MENTAL HEALTH- At last,Mental health is also very important part of a healthy life. Take care of your mental health as well as physical health. If needed take help form the experts. Its absolutely normal for any human being, nothing to be ashamed of.
